Robert Beringer

Is a highly skilled Instructor that attended his first Microsoft Train the Trainer Course in 2000, Mr. Beringer is a Bulletproof Life Coach, Human Performance Coach, Breathology Instructor, a seasoned intelligence professional and recognized security expert.

Mr. Beringer is technically proficient in Unix, Linux, Wintel and other systems. Mr. Beringer is experienced with a wide range of government, commercial, and financial industries, he is skillful in the optimization of COTS products, and GOTS solutions to include Intelligence/Imagery/GIS/C4I/CI/HUMINT Support Systems, Configuration Management, and implementation of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Recovery plans.

Mr. Beringer has expertise in Systems Architecture, Security, Migration, Integration. Certifications include: MCSE, CCNA, and more than 40 other high level industry based certifications. Mr. Beringer displays Strong Customer Interface, Strong Management, and Delegation Skills. Mr. Beringer has more than 38 years of experience in the field of information technology and specializes in systems design, integration, and security. He has several years of experience working with Linux clusters, storage area networks, enterprise backup and fibre channel technologies. He wrote a book on supercomputing for IBM, the first SOP for the United States Computer Emergency Response Team (US-CERT) and co-authored all IT Security textbooks in use by ITT Technical Institute. He has been instrumental in supporting Global Internet Security via government solutions like GEWIS, Einstein and commercial solutions like Akamai, Renesys & Arbor. His company (EOR) is the practice area leader for Cyber Counterintelligence. Mr. Beringer is a decorated United States Marine with multiple occupational specialties, expert training and many tours with the only terminally deployed Marine Expeditionary Unit that was Special Operations Capable. After many years of honorable service as an Intelligence Professional with access to more than 30 organically taskable collection disciplines, Mr. Beringer was selected to become a Counterintelligence Agent and to support efforts at the National Security Agency. His Special Operations Unit was involved in the liberation of East Timor, NEO efforts in Jakarta, Post 9/11 efforts in Iraq, Afghanistan and other efforts unnamed throughout Asia and the Middle East.

On a daily basis Mr. Beringer oversees the health and well-being of the corporation, the rapid response planning process, insurance, contracting, managing front-and back-office administration, sales, multiple chief executive officers, compliance, ensuring international security in United States, military professionals in Iraq, Qatar and Afghanistan and implementing the Federal Information Security Management Act. responsible for the acquisition of $300B+ in contract vehicles and distributed operations for a call center in the Philippines, accounting firm in Bahrain, Data center & Telco Exchange in Ohio and software development centers in Pakistan and India.

Greg Madrid

MBA, MS Business Intelligence, BS Business Administration

Greg Madrid is the Dean of EOR Technical Institute as well as the Chief Program Management Officer (PMO) for The Electronic On-Ramp Inc. Greg spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry and served on active duty early in his career as a Navy Hospital Corpsman during the Gulf War and War and on Terror campaigns (1990-2003) providing care for both active duty service members and their families. After receiving an Honorable Discharge for his service, he went on to lead operations as a Director and later Chief Operating Officer for several healthcare organizations. He then changed industries to become a Dean and Chief Academic Officer for Florida’s largest private university. While serving in this capacity he helped build medical programs and successfully led them through full regional academic and national programmatic accreditation. Greg currently holds a BSBA degree, MBA degree and an MS in Business Intelligence degree. His certifications include: Master Project Manager (MPM), Certified International Project Manager (CIPM), Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) and is licensed by the Florida Department of Education in Adult Learning.

James Michael Stewart

Delivered over 10,000 hours of technical training. Contributed to over 80 books. Performed services of content development for online and print magazines, project manager, office manager, administration, and desktop publisher. Knowledge of computer technologies from desktop systems to servers including networking, Internet connectivity, and security. Currently working as writer, author, technical editor, course developer, systems administrator, network manager, project manager, speaker, instructor, trainer, and consultant, with an emphasis on security, ethical hacking, forensic investigation, operating systems, certifications, networking, and the Internet. I provide compliance training for DODD 8570.1m.

Michael Vien

Instructor and Subject Matter Expert of CEH (20+ years)

Mr. Vien an Instructor for EOR Technical Institute. He is the former Chief Information Security Scientist of Whole Security, one of Fortune Magazine’s Top 25 Breakout Companies in 2005, Michael was fundamental in creating the patent-pending behavioral technologies that drive the company’s endpoint security solutions. Mr. Vien has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology including networking, system administration, and development, with a focus on Information Security for a majority of that time. Mr. Vien has performed penetration tests, network design/implementations, and application development for some of the largest corporations in the world including British Telecom, Warner Bros., Bank of America, Symantec, Exxon Mobil, Ericsson, Sprint, and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Vien has spent a considerable amount of time researching and developing viruses and Trojan horses to aid in his understanding of these types of threats, the result of which has made him a foremost expert in the field of malicious code. Accordingly, his vast experience in the fields of Information Security, Identity Theft, Phishing, and Malicious Code, have lead to Mr. Vien being asked to speak frequently on these topics for a variety of public as well as government forums and panels. Mr. Vien has also performed consulting services and training for over 35 US government agencies. In addition, Mr. Vien has developed and taught various classes on Information Security for a number of Fortune 500 companies and government employees around the world including members of the US military. Mr. Vien also developed the Attack and Penetration Methodologies for Sprint E-Solutions, including teaching this methodology to Sprint security personnel. In furtherance of his teaching experience, Mr. Vien has also developed and taught ethical hacking and malware classes for SecureNinja, Security University, The Hacker Academy and Insyte.

Expertise in cyber security, incident response, IT Risk management, and process improvement. Proficient in directing diverse, multi-national teams and managing million dollar budgets. Deep knowledge in Government, health-care and financial institutions. Excellent presentation, problem-solving, organizational and technical skills.
